About Us
The Putnam Young Democrats were chartered in 2018 and are the official youth arm of the Democratic Party in Putnam County, New York.
Your Favourite Young Liberals.
The Putnam Young Dems support our local Democratic Party and our local Democratic candidates through outreach, canvassing, civic engagement, advising, volunteering, and education. We are open to people enrolled in the Democratic Party aged 16-36 (with some honorary older members) and we aim to help get Democrats and Progressives elected to all offices in Putnam County as we attempt to flip Putnam blue and have some fun and make friends while doing it.
